Abraham Darby ShowBand

The Showband play a wide variety of music by a diverse and specialist range of composers. The Showband are rated as one of the best wind band of its type within the country – having won many prestigious prizes in recent years. In 2007, the Showband achieved a Gold Award at the New York Wind Band Festival.

The Jazz Band play a wide variety of music by a diverse and specialist range of composers and again are rated as one of the best jazz band of its type within the country – having won many prestigious prizes in recent years.

Vamos Theatre- Much Ado about Wenlock

This is the events highlight and it’s set to be a fantastic performance. In a captivatingly comic production that celebrates the Olympian Games, it reveals the local doctor's (Dr Brookes) determination to improve the health of all the townsfolk, rich or poor. A glorious full mask show, with original music, puppetry, physicality, and dance choreography.

Birds of Prey Display-Trevor Hill

Trevor Hill Falconry’s display team is one of the largest and most varied in the UK today and includes Eagles, Vultures, Caracaras, Hawks, Falcons and Owls.

Static animal display

Enter the amazing world of Exotic Animals, Reptiles & Insects. From Armadillos to Tarantulas and Chinchillas to Snakes, these amazing Animal Encounters have something for everyone

Plays on William Penny Brookes

Three exciting pieces of theatre telling the story of Dr William Penny Brookes. Written and performed by BROADS, the Broseley Amateur Dramatic Society.


Over 100 stalls selling a rich variety of local produce, crafts and gifts.

Craft Workshops

Come and participate in a variety of craft demonstrations and take home a memento of your enjoyable day. These will be in the Priory hall all day.

Telfordaires Choir

Now well known throughout the region for their dynamic performances, the chorus also has a reputation for entertainment amongst other barbershop choruses. We focus on the singing of four part harmony in the barbershop style, straight from the heart.

Porthywaen Silver Band

Highlights of the band's work must include playing in the national finals at the Royal Albert Hall, accompanying the King's Troop musical ride, playing at the Mennin Gate and appearing on BBC TV Songs of Praise.

New Driftwood Band

The band is made up of six talented musicians and play a range of music from folk to soul.

Tap The Keg Folk Band

There range of music is an uplifting mix of Foot tapping, hand clapping sing along songs.

Ironmen and Severn Gilders - Morris Dancers

The Ironmen are a men's team who dance in the Welsh Border tradition, while The Severn Gilders are a women's team who dance North-West morris.

Thomas Telford Choir

With 80 members this energetic school choir made their debut at the Royal Albert Hall in 2010.
